How Pricing are different for Dealers and End Users , Based on my twenty year experiences I observed a strange trends of offering different price lists for dealers and end users particularly in products segment which are manufactured locally. Surprisingly many a part -timers do not follow any standard price list and their rates depends upon time and mood, there are some other companies who offer a price list with 50% or 60% discounts on price lists available with them and at they same time they may offer products at list price , which means 50 % or 60 % higher than their routine selling prices.When dealers approach to them they offer 50 or 60 % discounts and when customer approaches them then also they offer 50 or 60 % or more depending upon their mood and time, A margin of 10  % to dealer is justifiable but talking of dealers friendly and then offering a discounts more than dealers is strange practice. Now their trick is they keep different price lists for different customers, So it is high time to follow first quote as best quote policy, but problem their is that customers are very very demanding in India, you offered them 100 % discounts still they ask more , We at Medical Equipment Solutions follows policy of giving best rates for serious buyers and sticking to it.
